Q: Can I print anything on the cups?
A: Yes, there are unlimited ways and styles you can choose. Metallic inks are substituted with Faux metallic ink. E.g. Pantone 871 C (Gold) printed as Mock Gold. We cannot print Fluoro or White ink.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom printed order?
A: Our lead time is approximately 4 weeks, but often, we have delivered in 3 weeks, this all depends on our schedules. In some urgent cases, we have delivered in 2 weeks.
Q: Can I buy small quantities directly from Tuobo Packaging?
A: you will have to discuss with our sales department as for some normal use size, we will have some unprint ready cups. You can send us e-mails to fannie@toppackhk.com, we’ll reply within 24 hours.
